To help bin collection crews in Woking complete more of their rounds, collection times will temporarily change so that they begin at 5.30am.
Previously, collections began at 6am. However, while there are fewer drivers available due to the national HGV driver shortage, rounds in Woking will begin earlier. This will help bin trucks reduce queuing time, allowing them to complete more of their rounds.
Woking residents should make sure their bins are out and ready for collection by 5.30am on their collection day up until Friday 9 September.
