Amey has reported that some food waste recycling collections did not complete in parts of Fetcham and Great Bookham.
If you live at Baddingham Drive, Cedar Drive, Cobham Road, Cock Lane, Gatesden Road, Guildford Road, Lower Road, School Lane, The Street or Warenne Road – please leave your bin outside ready for collection tomorrow morning (Thursday 22 May).
If your bin hasn’t been collected by 4pm, please report missed collections on the Joint Waste Solutions website.
Scam in Ashtead
We have been alerted to reports of a scam that’s being carried out in Gray’s Lane, Ashtead involving somebody posing as a ‘waste loader’ requesting money for a sponsored charity sky dive to raise money for a sick child. If you suspect a scam, you can call Action Fraud on 0300 123 2040 or report it via their website.
