Due to hot weather conditions this week, our crews will be out emptying bins earlier than usual in Mole Valley, Surrey Heath and Woking until Friday 22 July. To avoid any missed collections, we are asking all residents in the affected areas to place their bins out for collection by 5.30am.
In Elmbridge, crews collected bins earlier than usual on Monday 18 July and Tuesday 19 July only. Collection times will be the same as usual for the remainder of the week.
Amey has reported that some collection rounds were unable to complete on Tuesday 19 July due to the hot weather. Please check your service update page for the latest news in your area.
