Online request and report service, 17 May 2024

Following yesterday’s upgrade, we are pleased to confirm that the online reporting and requests portal is now working. However, please be aware it may take a little longer than usual for requests or reports to be processed. Thank you for your patience and we apologise for any inconvenience this issue may have or may be causing. We’ll provide an update as soon as we can.

Due to an urgent system upgrade, the online reporting system will be unavailable this afternoon for approximately three hours. During that time, you will not be able to report issues online or complete any online orders until after the upgrade. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
