If you live in Surrey Heath, and subscribe to the garden waste collection service, please be advised there will be some temporary changes to your garden waste collections this week. This is due to a fault that has developed on the super narrow garden waste collection vehicle, and a replacement specialist vehicle has been ordered, ready for deployment next week.
Meanwhile, Amey has put a catch-up plan in place to cover garden waste collections that are due this week and this has just been updated.
Garden waste collections will take place on Saturday 1 August, 2026.
- If your garden waste is due for collection on Tuesday 28 July, Wednesday 29 July, Thursday 30 July or Friday 31 July, please leave your garden waste bin outside ready for collection on Saturday.
