From 4pm tomorrow (Tuesday 11 June 2024), residents living in Elmbridge, Mole Valley and Surrey Heath will be unable to access online forms to report street cleansing issues – for example, to report issues such as fly-tipping, overflowing litter bins and graffiti, dirty streets and more.
The outage (due to last approximately four hours) is required to perform some essential maintenance works and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The online forms will be available as soon as the maintenance works are complete, but we anticipate there may initially be some delay in receiving feedback due to the backlog caused by the works.
The rest of the online request and report forms (for waste and recycling enquiries) will not be affected, so please continue to report any other issues in the usual way.
