Elmbridge Borough Council will be removing its car park recycling sites on Monday 4 February 2019.
Recycling sites in car parks often attract both fly-tipping and unauthorised use, which can result in the wrong items being put in the recycling banks. This is both costly and cancels out the efforts of those who carefully separate their recycling.
The following sites will close on Monday 4 February 2019:
- Cobham – Downside Bridge Road KT11 3DQ
- Esher – Civic Centre KT10 9SD
- Hersham – New Berry Lane KT12 4HQ
- Molesey – Walton Road KT8 0ST
- Walton-on-Thames – Halfway Car Park KT12 1RR
- Weybridge – Churchfield Road KT13 8DB
