Crews will be returning to outstanding collections from Saturday 15 August and please be assured that our crews are working hard to catch up. If your bin has not been collected, please leave it out and it will be collected as soon as crews are able to return to your area.
Some bin deliveries are taking longer than planned. We are sorry if you are still waiting for a new or replacement container. We are working on delivering bins ordered during week commencing 17 July and are putting extra resource into deliveries to catch up.
If your bin has not been collected by 4pm and is not in an area affected by a known disruption, you can report it on our missed collections page.
