If your bin hasn’t been collected by 4pm, please report it on our missed collections web page. If you are experiencing issues with the link, please call 03332 340978 (8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday).

Remember, additional items such as empty aerosol cans, rinsed food and drinks cartons (Tetra Paks), empty squeezy plastic and metal tubes and non-black plastic plant pots can go in your mixed recycling bin.
