Amey has reported that some rubbish collection rounds did not complete today. If you live in West Street, Chapel Lane or Stones Lane and your rubbish bin wasn’t emptied, please leave your bin out overnight and it will be emptied tomorrow morning (Saturday 24 January).

If your bin hasn’t been collected by 4pm, please report it on our missed collections web page.

Some delays to bin deliveries

There have been delays to some bin deliveries in Mole Valley due in part to reduced vehicle availability while the Mole Valley Workshop is closed for repairs.

We are pleased to share that some residents are now starting to receive deliveries of bins they ordered last month; Amey is currently working on requests raised from Wednesday 24 December. Where possible, additional crews will be working on Saturdays to catch up.
